EVERTON SIGN MORGAN SCHNEIDERIN IN £24 ($29.2) DEAL

United Transfer News:

Manchester United defensive midfielder and France international, Morgan Schneiderlin, has completed his $29.2 million move to Everton. Reports reveal that the Merseyside club put down $24.3 million up front and the rest to be paid in installments for the 6th 1in tall footballer.

Schneiderlin, 27, joined the Toffees from Manchester United after spending 18 months at Old Trafford. Boss Jose Mourinho rarely used him and he hasn’t exactly proved his mettle the few times he was used. Schneiderlin fell out of favor towards the end of the 2015-2016 season and has been used sparingly by Jose Mourinho during this campaign season.

Mourinho had insisted that no United player will leave Old Trafford, even when he is out of the lineup or contention. The Portuguese man wanted to let go and sell any player not needed – not at any price – but at a reasonable price commensurate with the player’s professional level. Mourinho made sure United managed to recoup pretty much of all the transfer fee they paid for Morgan Schneiderlin in the summer of 2015.

The French international midfielder played under current Everton boss Ronald Koeman at Southampton and was delighted to join Everton on a long-term deal. Schneiderin is available to play against Manchester City at Goodison Park on Sunday Jan 15, 2017. He was bought in the 2015 transfer window and came to Manchester United from Southampton F.C. Former United manager, the flying Dutchman, Louis Van Gaal had Schneiderin transferred to Old Trafford.

Morgan Schneiderin joined Manchester United for a potential £27 million fee in July 2015. After 18 months with Manchester United he joined Everton in this Jan 2017 for a fee of £20 million, which could rise to £24 million before Jan 2017 runs out. I’ll miss Morgan Schneiderlin but Jose Mourinho has enough defensive midfielders . . .

Up Man U!
