The Sunday Mirror in a recent report claims that former Chelsea winger Arjen Robben is up for grabs after falling out with Bayern Munich team mate Robert Lewandowski – as reported by Yahoo! Sports’ Hot Football Gossip columnist, Stanley Accrington.
Manchester United’s Dutch manager probably has his sights on the apparent queue for that apparently unhappy fellow Dutchman (photo above: Van Gaal, (behind), playing with Robben) who wants to link up once again with his former Holland boss Louis Van Gaal.
Arjen Robben (born 23 January 1984) is a Dutch professional footballer who plays for German club Bayern Munich FC (i.e. FC Bayern München) and is the captain of the Netherlands national team.
Robben appeared at the 2004, 2008 and 2012 UEFA European Championships, and the 2006, 2010 and 2014 FIFA World Cups. He is a forward who usually plays as a left or right sided winger. Robben is known for his dribbling skills, speed, crossing ability and his accurate left foot long-range shots from the right wing.
This guy will definitely be another good addition to Van Gaal’s ball-possession freaked-out red devils.
There are, however, no quotes to back this one up . . .
Up Man U!
